of beautiful Montezuma, Costa Rica

ONE YOGA, COSTA RICA RETREAT

February 14-21, 2009
Montezuma, Costa Rica

{ View FAQ }

Tucked away tropical paradise on Peninsula de Nicoya, at the point of Costa Rica's first nature reserve, inhabited by an international community, beautiful beaches and a breathtaking waterfall, lies the charming village of Montezuma, making it an ideal location in which to relax, unwind, and draw closer to your Self. Your teacher will support you in this endeavor by guiding you through a two intensive asana classes each day. The retreat will be structured in a workshop style, allowing ample time to explore standing poses, forward bends, backbends, hip openers, arm balances, twists, and inversions. Pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudra, and yogic philosophy will also be incorporated for a complete One Yoga experience.

Outside of being one of the most beautiful countries in the world, with a conscious approach of conservation and a "Pura Vida" (the good life) attitude, you arrive in a state of yoga.
